Our story
Halley Oyuncak's story began in 1993 in a small retail shop in a shopping centre. As one of the first companies to bring the colourful world of plush toys to shopping centres, at first we produced only for our own shops.
The strong interest in our products soon turned into high demand, which helped us move quickly in product development and manufacturing. Since 2000 the HALLEY brand – with growing production capacity, innovative designs and a commitment to quality that puts human health first – has risen step by step in plush toy manufacturing and become the manufacturer it is today.
We offer our cute plush in every size and colour to girls and boys of all ages, and to everyone who still keeps the child within alive.
We strengthen our passion for production with a balance of quality, price and competitiveness. Without compromising our vision of “people first, profit second”, we will keep bringing innovation to the plush toy industry and keep growing.
